- 56 cents per mile for business use
- 16 cents per mile driven for medical or moving purposes for qualified active duty members of the Armed Forces, down 1 cent from the rate for 2020
- 14 cents per mile driven in service of charitable organization, rate is set by statute and remain unchanged from 2020.The rates are not disclosed from the current government mileage rates.

2021 GSA per diem ratesについては、2020 GSA per diem ratesと同じです：
- Lower 48 states for regular (non high-cost) localities in day $151 ($96 lodging, $55 meals and incidental expenses)
